Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team.   • Respond appropriately to emergency situations and provide crisis intervention when required.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals and family members, to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualification in disability support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding and adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, and organizational policies.
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of diverse individuals with disabilities
